No credit card needed. Your trial starts when you create the scheme. Card billing is still being connected; we’ll contact you before any payment is taken. Prices are in AUD. Invoices will state GST when billing is live.
A few things you might be wondering.
Is the price per owner or per building?
Per building. The Scheme plan includes all owners, committee members and tenants, with access appropriate to their role. There is no extra per-lot fee.
Is our scheme the right size?
SimpliStrata is designed around small NSW owners corporations: a handful of lots and a small committee. If your building has more than a couple of dozen lots, get in touch so we can talk through what you need.
What does the committee still need to do?
Owners make decisions, run meetings, approve and issue notices, lodge official forms and manage the scheme’s bank account. SimpliStrata helps organise that work. It does not act as a strata managing agent, hold money, certify fire safety or arrange insurance cover.
How does the trial work?
Creating a scheme starts a 30-day trial. There is no card checkout yet. We’ll contact you before the trial ends and before any payment is taken.
Can we take our records with us?
Yes. A complete structured export is available in Reports. The building’s records should stay available to the next committee, even if you choose another system.
What if we’re not ready to join?
