These are SimpliStrata subscription prices for the whole scheme, calculated from the same rates as the calculator above. All features and owners are included.

Building expenses, outside professional support and committee time are separate. The annual figure is 12 monthly payments before any offer or trial.

A few things you might be wondering.
Does a lower rate apply to every lot?
No. Each band applies only to the lots within it. A five-lot scheme pays 4 × $20 plus 1 × $15: $95 a month in total, averaging $19 per lot. A ten-lot scheme pays $165 a month, averaging $16.50 per lot. The average rate falls as the scheme grows.
Is the price per owner or per lot?
We use the number of lots on your strata plan to calculate one subscription for the scheme. Owners, committee members and tenants can sign in without extra user fees, with access appropriate to their role.
Is our scheme the right size?
SimpliStrata is designed around owner-led NSW schemes and small committees. If your building has more than a couple of dozen lots, get in touch so we can talk through what you need. The calculator shows the rate for up to 200 lots; larger schemes can request a quote.
What does the committee still need to do?
Owners make decisions, run meetings, approve and issue notices, lodge official forms and manage the scheme’s bank account. SimpliStrata helps organise that work. It does not act as a strata managing agent, hold money, certify fire safety or arrange insurance cover.

How does the trial work?
Creating a scheme starts a 30-day trial. We’ll contact you before the trial ends. We invoice the owners corporation. Payment is by bank transfer. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can we take our records with us?
Yes. In Settings, choose a handover pack with original files and summaries, or structured records with originals. Exports follow your access permissions and include a list of any missing or excluded files, so you can see what needs following up before handing over.
Can we hold meetings online?
The portal supports online and hybrid meeting preparation. Integrated video calls and reviewable discussion summaries are available where enabled, subject to usage limits. Contact us about your meeting needs before relying on this for a particular meeting.
