Small NSW schemes. A bigger say in the place you call home.
A place to get organised

Your building.
All together.

Start with what you have. SimpliStrata gives your owners corporation a shared home for the records, the upcoming jobs and the decisions you make together.

01 / Changing managers

Bring the building’s history with you.

Start with a records request and a private drop link for the handover. Keep track of the documents you receive and prepare for the meeting needed to end the appointment.

The committee still reviews the agreement and makes the decisions. The software keeps the process and the paperwork together.

02 / Already self-managed

Give the spreadsheets a new home.

Bring in the records you already hold. Put the insurance renewal, the next AGM and the other jobs on a shared calendar, so they are visible beyond one person’s inbox.

You can fill in missing details as you find them. You don’t need a perfect filing cabinet to begin.

03 / A new scheme

Start on the same page.

Add your building and lots, invite the people involved, and work towards the first meeting. Start keeping the records your next committee will be glad to inherit.

If the committee hasn’t been elected yet, you can say so during setup.

Make yourself at home.

  1. 01 / Add your building

A name, an email, an address.Start with your details and the building’s address. Add the strata plan number when you have it to hand.

  2. 02 / Add the lots

The basics are enough to begin.Tell us how many lots are in the scheme. Unit entitlements can be added later, with a visible task to complete them.

  3. 03 / Set up your role

One hat, two hats, or not decided yet.Chair, secretary, treasurer: small schemes often share these responsibilities. Let the product know where things stand.

  4. 04 / Sign in

One less password to remember.Use Google, Microsoft, Apple, or a one-time email code. You’ll create your scheme or join one you have been invited to.

A shared building. The right access.

Committee & owners

Office holders prepare notices, review documents and record money. Other owners can see the levies, meetings and decisions they need, with access appropriate to their role.

Tenants & guests

Give people access to the parts relevant to them. Owner financials, the document library, compliance tasks, reports and the strata roll stay restricted.

Can I ask questions about our records?

Ask Simpli uses the scheme’s own records and the NSW rules in the product, with sources you can open. An optional external model can help with longer questions. A person still confirms anything that changes an official record.

Does SimpliStrata run the building for us?

Your committee does the work and makes the decisions. SimpliStrata helps organise it: records, due dates, drafts and checklists. Owners still vote, issue notices, lodge official forms and pay from the scheme’s bank account.
